3DR Radio Telemetry 433MHz 500mW - PIXHAWK and APM Compatible
The 433 MHz PixHawk / Ardupilot telemetry kit allows you to establish a telemetry link between your drone and your computer. ArduPilot's 3DR Radio telemetry system is designed as an open source Xbee replacement radio kit that offers a lower price, longer range and superior performance than Xbee radios.
The kit includes a serial board module for mounting on your drone and a USB for grounding your computer.
The system provides full duplex connectivity using HopeRF's HM-TRP modules running custom, open source firmware. The module interface is via standard 5V TTL serial / FTDI USB serial connection.
The SI K firmware includes a bootloader that enables radio firmware upgrades via the serial interface, and radio firmware with configurable parameters.
Firmware updates and configuration are fully supported in ArduPilot APM Mission Planner. Configuration is also possible with the 3DR Radio configurator and AT commands.
