INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the products you buy from our website, read the National and International laws, never use them in situations that do not comply with or contradict these laws. When using the products you buy from our website, you accept that the decision and execution is under your control and you are responsible for the consequences that arise directly or indirectly. Likewise, you agree that you are responsible for following social, personal rights, local practices and prohibitions.
In accordance with the new Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Regulation, you must register the products you purchase to the compulsory registration system. Please complete your registration from the link below.
1. The products you buy from our website work in the most efficient way with their original accessories. Alaras AS does not accept any responsibility for the problems that may occur with the products used outside the original.
2. The propellers must be removed while the software settings of the propeller systems are made.
3. Before starting the flight or making the software settings, make sure that you check all connections, that there are no animals or people around, and that children are at a sufficient distance.
4. There are flight restrictions in and around airports. Everyone who purchases and uses this product is obliged to comply with the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). In addition to these provisions, local regulations and practices must be followed. It does not take any responsibility for users who do not comply with the regulations and practices.
WARNINGS
Before all flights, follow the instructions below carefully and step by step.
1- Fly safely. Stay away from obstacles, crowds, high voltage lines and other electromagnetic sources. 2- Make sure that your aircraft is not overloaded.
3- Make sure your propellers and motors are firmly seated. Make sure the direction of rotation of the propellers is correct. Do not stand close to or touch running engines to avoid serious injury.
4- Avoid signal jammers that will block your remote and receiver.
5- Check your batteries. Make sure your Controller and Aircraft batteries are full.
6- First, start your controller and then your aircraft. After landing, first turn off your aircraft and then your controller.
7- Make sure all parts are in good condition, do not start the flight with damaged or expired products.
8- Do not fly in areas with radio or magnetic interference. The main ones of these areas are; high-voltage lines, large-size power transmission stations, broadcast towers, base stations, etc. Flying in areas will reduce the transmission quality of your device, so there may be disturbances and interruptions in the control or image signals, and may cause inconsistencies in the flight direction or positioning of the device.
9- Do not fly in harsh weather conditions, rain, snow, storm etc.
USAGE OF LITHIUM POLYMER (LiPo) BATTERY
LiPo Smart batteries can be dangerous and damaging and require special care when stored, charged and used.
ALWAYS FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING WARNINGS WHEN USING A LiPo BATTERY.
1. Batteries should only be charged with original chargers.
2. When the battery is full, it will stop charging. But by following the charging process, take it off the charger when the battery is fully charged.
3. Do not charge Lipo batteries near flammable materials or on flammable surfaces, such as carpet or parquet.
4. Never charge damaged, swollen or crushed batteries.
5. Check your charger regularly to make sure cable damage, connectors and other parts are working properly. Never use a damaged charger.
6. Unplug your charger when not in use.
7. Do not clean your charger with flammable solvents or solvents.
HANDLING AND STORAGE
1. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
2. Never discharge below 3V per cell.
3. Never heat your LiPo battery.
4. Do not use damaged, torn or open batteries.
5. Do not drop or hit the batteries.
6. Never use a swollen, dented or damaged battery.
7. Protect your batteries from high temperatures, do not leave them in the car on hot days.
8. Do not expose your batteries to liquids in any way, such as rain or heavy humidity.
9. Keep your batteries away from microwave ovens and high pressure containers.
10. Do not cut, puncture, or try to repair your batteries yourself.
11. Do not keep or use your battery on or around strong electrostatic and electromagnetic surfaces, keeping and using it in such areas will damage your battery.
12. Do not keep heavy objects on your batteries.
13. Do not leave your batteries on the device when they will not be used for a long time, but store them separately.
DISPOSAL OF BATTERIES
Disposing of batteries directly in the garbage causes significant damage to the environment. You can leave the batteries in the collection areas for battery wastes provided by the Municipalities. For information, you can contact your municipality.
DO NOT DISPOSE LIPO BATTERIES BY BURNING.
Damaged LiPo batteries should be disposed of in containers prepared for this procedure. In order not to harm others, do not leave street garbage in the municipal bins for public garbage and household garbage.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Alaras AS cannot be held responsible, directly or indirectly, for damages, injuries and legal problems that may occur under the conditions listed below;
1. In case of damage, injury and legal consequences, if the user is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, anesthetics, has physical and mental symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, insomnia and similar symptoms.
2. In case the user takes a subjective, conscious and planned action when damage, injury and legal consequences occur.
3. In case the user has mental disabilities due to Injuries.
4. Situations where the user is flying in no-fly areas when damage, injury or legal consequences arise.
5. In cases where the defect is caused by non-Original products.
6. In cases where damage, injury and legal consequences arise, caused by the user's wrong decision or misuse.
7. In cases where damage, injury and legal consequences are caused by the end of the life of the device or its wear.
8. In cases where damage, injury and legal consequences occur after the device gives the battery warning.
9. In cases where damage, injury and legal consequences occur on flights operated in abnormal conditions. (the presence of water, oil, sand in the device, incomplete installation, cases where the main parts do not work properly or flights with missing apparatus)
10. Use of damage, injury and legal consequences in areas where magnetic disturbances, mixers or inhibitors are present. (High Voltage lines, Base stations, Broadcast towers etc.)
11. In case of damage, injury and legal consequences caused by flights in bad weather conditions. (Rain, snow, extreme wind, storm, etc.)
12. In cases where damage, injury and legal consequences are caused by images or data recorded by the device. (Audio, video etc.)
13. In cases where damage, injury and legal consequences are caused by improper use of the battery or charger.
14. In cases where the related damage, injury and legal consequences are caused by accessories or equipment, memory card corruption, lack of image or video recording, or inability to read the record, etc.
15. Users who do not comply with local laws and rules.
16. Legal liabilities that may occur in cases where users do not comply with local laws, damage to personal property and property, damage to the environment.
17. Damage, injury and legal consequences of users, risky, use without adequate training.
18. For use in areas prohibited by laws, regulations, laws and other practices.
19. In other cases not specified in the Alaras AS liability document.
